We feel that the time has come to implement a mostly-remote policy with limited interaction for issues that require onsite or hands-on repair.
As of 3/24/2020 our storefront will be closed with the only exception being high priority scheduled appointments. We want to protect you as much as we want to protect ourselves.
What does this mean for you and how can you get help?
We already support a large amount of our clients with remote tools and technology included in our managed services offering. We use and offer remote phone services to allow us to maintain communications with our clients as well. Chances are you will not even know that anything has changed.
